Appointment Reminder Campaigns

In this article we will show you how to setup an Appointment Reminder Campaign.

When using your apps internal booking system, you can create a trigger that adds your confirmed appointment to a campaign you setup to provide reminders. 

You can use either SMS (preferred) or Email. In our example, we will use SMS.


Step 1

To begin, make sure that "Allow Multiple" and "Stop on Response" are turned off (1) as you will want the campaign to continue should someone respond to the campaign.

Step 2

When setting up your reminder, make sure you set the time to "before" (2). It is defaulted to "after". 

Step 3

Navigate to Triggers > Create an "Appointment" trigger > Set the action to "Add to Campaign" and choose your campaign.

Your appointment reminders are now set.
