Add a Location via Zap

In this article we will go over how to automate the process of adding a new location to your agency account.

Use Case: You can set a form to capture a new client information and payment. On submit, you will create a new location to your agency account, optionally with a snapshot and a Twilio phone number.

What You Will Need

  1. An active Zapier account
  2. An agency account
  3. An active Twilio account

Step 1

Create a new Zap in Zapier

Select your CRM app (1) > Choose the "Add Account" action (2)

Map the fields based on the form submission

Step 3 (Optional)

If you wish to automatically purchase a phone number from Twilio, select "True"
