Import (shared) Snapshots

In this article, you will learn how to import a Snapshot.

What You Will Need

1. Access to your agency app
2. Be logged into your agency app

There are two ways to import a snapshot. 

1. Via a direct link
2. Via an email

Regardless of which way, you can either click on the link or copy and paste it into an address bar.

Step 1

Click on the link in the email or copy and paste it in the address bar > Hit your Enter or Return key

Step 2

Click on "Yes! Import now"

Note: You may be prompted to log in

Step 3

Once imported, you will see it under "Imported Snapshots"

Note: If it doesn't show up right away, refresh the page and it will show up
